Inner Work Mentor
Wellbeing Translator
Public Health Strategist

I’ve spent more than three decades asking the same question in different contexts: What actually helps people change and stay changed?

I’ve asked it as a corporate marketer, as a mentor guiding people through deep inner work, and now, additionally, as a public health strategist. In these three different worlds, what consistently shines through is that real, lasting change is built from the inside out, and it only lasts when the external environment is intentionally designed to support it. I call this evolution by design.

Where It All Started
I’ve been intuitively wide open since I was a child. I was always the kind of person who reads a room, senses the undercurrent of a conversation, and feels what people aren’t saying as much as what they were. For a long time, I protected that sensitivity by wrapping it in logic. I thought I’d shut it down. In retrospect, I realize I never did, because it became the skill that helped me to naturally understand what moves people, which is why I climbed the corporate ladder steadily and quickly.

By my final corporate role, which was Director of Global Marketing for a billion-dollar clinical research organization, I was exceptionally good at my job, but I was hollowed out by it. I spent more time protecting my staff from internal politics than doing the work itself. I used to call it “playing Kevlar” for them. I wanted to help people directly, but I didn’t know what that looked like yet.

The Pivot
Seeking a shift, I bought land that was next to my home and built a certified organic herb nursery. I developed a full business plan, started growing commercially, and held workshops for local gardeners. Two years in, I quit my corporate job to run it full time.

Working with those plants opened something deep inside of me… a kind of quiet listening I hadn’t used since childhood.

When the markets crashed in 2009, that nursery income disappeared. I pivoted again, this time into marketing and communications for small wellness, health, and environmentally focused businesses. However, the deeper I got with those clients, the more our conversations naturally drifted beyond marketing strategy and into what was truly holding them back,  whether it was fear of growing, fear of failing, fear of being seen, or a variety of other blocks. Without ever consciously deciding to,  I found myself doing less marketing and more  core coaching.

The “Grand Awakening”
There was no near-death experience or single dramatic event that prompted this. I just woke up one morning and felt as though my consciousness and intuition had been turned up 1000%.

Overwhelmed by the sudden intensity, I returned to a daily meditation practice, which was something I had loved in early adulthood but abandoned in the chaos of corporate life and raising kids. It helped tremendously. I learned how to ground myself, direct my focus, and hone my intuition. I became hungry for quantum physics, metaphysics, and energy work. Once I learned to direct this flow, it felt more natural and more powerful than anything I’d done before.

In early 2011, I closed my marketing company and began coaching and mentoring full time. By 2012, an entire practice had come through to me to originate, Trinity Energy Progression, a powerful advanced method for quieting the mind, accessing the full quantum field, and hearing and trusting the Knowing of one’s own inner voice, also incorporating everything I’d learned and grown to understand about how people really shift their lives.

Coming Back To The Evidence
Around ten years in, I realized I needed to step back to get some clarity on what came next. I made the decision to scale back during the COVID pandemic. I never fully stepped away from mentoring; I just did less of it, at a fraction of my previous pace, while I figured out what the next layer of my work would be.

During that slower period, my client base started shifting. More and more of my clients were between the ages 40 and 65, navigating major life transitions, with incredible vibrancy still ahead of them, just like me. It was a natural progression that led me to investigating Blue Zone and longevity theories, which seemed to tie together consciousness and wellbeing science. As I dove into the data, I realized it was supporting what I had been looking at and helping others with for years; it provided physical, empirical evidence of what I already knew from my inner-standings.

That’s what sent me back to school for my Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), specializing in behavioral and social sciences. I graduated in August 2026.

How I Live It

  • I practice what I teach: I meditate daily. I hike, scuba dive, garden, and train in martial arts, not only for fitness, but because these practices keep me in tune with the ever present and unbreakable connection between body, mind, and spirit.
  • I value rigorous truth: I read the raw research, because I want to know what is repeatedly proven to produce a longer, more vibrant life versus what simply “sounds good” on social media.
  • I advocate for equity: I’ve worked with individuals across  a multitude of belief systems, practices, ethnic backgrounds, and across the LGBTQ+ spectrum. I believe we’re equally part of the same whole, whether you call that the quantum field, Divine Consciousness, or something else entirely.

Translated into evidence-based terms, that becomes a whole-hearted commitment to health equity. Everyone deserves equal autonomy over their own health, and an equal right to a healthy, happy life. To deepen this commitment, I also earned a graduate certificate in LGBTQ+ public health alongside my MPH. (See all of my certifications & training here.)

Evolution by Design
My core philosophy is that real wellbeing starts with trusting your inner voice, which I call true IN-dependence. Along with that voice and knowing is the requirement that there is a physical life built to hold it in an environment that supports an individual instead of working against them. That’s evolution by design, which is what I’ve been building, one chapter at a time, for more than three decades.

Wherever you’re standing right now, in your own life, or in the work of building healthier organizations and communities, I’d love to help you find your way forward!
