I’ve spent more than three decades asking what actually helps people change and stay changed.

For most of that time, the answer came through deep inner work, mentoring people one-on-one through the exact kind of threshold you may be standing at right now.

I’ve been intuitively wide open since I was a child… the kind of person who reads a room, senses what’s underneath a conversation, feels what people aren’t saying. For years, I protected that sensitivity by wrapping it in logic and focusing on climbing the corporate ladder instead of listening to it. By the time I was Director of Global Marketing for a billion-dollar company, I was great at my job and also hollowed out by it.

So I walked away, first into building an organic herb nursery, then into marketing for small wellness businesses, where I kept finding myself coaching clients through their fears more than managing their marketing plans.

Then came what I call my Grand Awakening. No near-death experience, no single dramatic event. I simply woke up one morning and felt like my own consciousness and intuition had been turned up 1000%. I committed to daily meditation, became ravenous for quantum physics, energy work, and metaphysics, and by 2011 closed my marketing company to mentor and teach full time.

By 2012, an entire practice had come through to me to originate: Trinity Energy Progression, a powerful advanced method for quieting the mind, accessing the full quantum field, and hearing and trusting the Knowing of one’s own inner voice, while also incorporating everything I’d learned and grown to understand about how people really shift their lives.

I’ve spent more than fifteen years in that work, one-on-one and in groups. Over the past five years, I’ve noticed that my client has increasingly been between the ages 40 and 65, navigating major midlife transitions, with incredible vibrancy still ahead of them, just like me.

As I noticed that shift, it eventually led me back to school, for a Master’s in Public Health, because I wanted the evidence side to catch up to what I already knew from the inside. But the foundation of how I work with you hasn’t changed: First and foremost, your own inner voice is to lead; it’s what I call true IN-dependence. Evidence and environment need to support that voice, and not override it.

Wherever you’re standing in your own next chapter, I’d love to help you find your way forward!
